My journey from doubt to delight

The location was fantastic, with numerous restaurants and a short Uber ride to Universal! Plus, the free breakfast was a nice perk that jump-started our mornings!

The check-in process was a bit slow and the shower head lacked adequate water pressure! A little frustrating indeed.

Wonderful free underground parking made our stay convenient.

The main floor women's bathroom was not clean during our stay.

Our stay was great! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family and our service dog. We loved that there was free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV to keep the kids entertained. Plus, the underground parking was a huge bonus!

Also, the staff seemed a bit disorganized, and the elevator broke down during my stay, which was frustrating. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, but the cleanliness and location made a difference.
